19 MAY 2020 – Giro d’Italia 2020 returns to Tortoreto for the 2nd consecutive year. An all-Abruzzo stop with departure from San Salvo to reach Tortoreto Lido after 212 km. This year our territory will be covered entirely, in fact we will pass first through the historic center of Tortoreto on the hills and then reach the Lido where the Open Village will entertain you already in the morning. With a nice walk on the seafront you can comfortably reach what is the second animation location with the arrival of the race near the Little Mermaid fountain.
AUGUST – PedaloStorto is the Mountain Bike Cycling Tour that guides you to discover the territory of Tortoreto starting from the promenade and then going up the hill.
There are 3 routes suitable for MTB and E-MTB that can be chosen based on the athletic preparation of each participant. 3 dining options along the way and food stands will welcome you on arrival.
